sERVICES
Architectural Design
Our architects are skilled and trained to assure you get what you want. We will personally meet with you and keep in touch throughout the whole process. They also will visit job site first-hand to make sure the process is going as planned. We can also help guide you in your decision making. Our architects provide printed drawings as well as 3-D digital renderings.
Delivery
We want to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will personally bring out any material so we can assure it gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there and pick up any returned items. We have multiple people who make deliveries in trucks, boom trucks and semi and will deliver them in the best and most efficient way possible.
Estimating
Once you let us know what you are wanting, we can quickly come up with an estimate of the total cost of your project. These estimates give you a baseline of what you can expect. Estimates are available for houses, shops, shouses, and pole buildings. You can meet in person, talk on the phone or fill out the pole building estimate form online.
ABOUT US
Fort Recovery Lumber Co was founded in 1915 by Louis Moeller. Later, the company was passed down to Louis’s son-in-laws, Albert Bubp and William Knapke in 1941. Then, in 1949, there was a devastating fire at the lumber yard that caused them to have to rebuild and continue the business. The third-generation owners in 1980 were James and David Bubp. They were sons to Albert Bubp and moved the entire company to the current location on Wabash Road. Brian Bubp, son of James, and Chris Moeller, son-in-law of David, took over the business in 2004 and are still the current owners. We are proud to be family owned and operated for the past 100+ years and we hope to continue to honor our past relatives by continuing with generations to come.
